you will still be able to use the current dashboard interface for people who don't like the new 3 d one that is coming in a few months.

Besides that you don't need to use avatars if you don't want to. Pictures like now will still be possible.

16:10 will be possible for higher resolution when you connect your Xbox to your pc. Up tp 1600 x 1200 pixels! 8 friends can be joined in a party where each friend can do another activity while still be in the party.

This is HORSE$#!+ If I wanted a kiddie interface and kiddie avatars I would have bought a Wii! If this is what's forced on us in the fall then I'm trading in both my 360's for a PS3! Micro$ucks is totally alienating the hardcore gamer! And don't give me that crap about the blade interface still being accessible with the guide button. It's not the same blade interface. This is the interface you'll see when you first boot up your Xbox 360 and it makes me feel like puking!
