They looked cool but they weren't very useful, as compared to FFX where I think they were well balanced. Still a pretty decent game.

I agree with CaoJin, the Gestalt mode sucks a little. Its something like a reverse transformation, the summons come in thier fighting form to became battle tools.

Anyway, everything that Square Enix make that's not be the sissy Final Fantasy X-2 is nice. What a bad experience in FFX-2.. Feels like I was playing with dolls! For me this game shouldn't exist and I dont give a shit about if Tidus was dead or not cause he just take his karma about to pay for his heroism, just like a christ.

I think they look decent in their normal forms personally...but the Gestalt mode lets them down immensely, i just get cringeworthy power rangers flashbacks,

The summoms look like gay transformers in this one, i prefer the one's from FF7.
