Your saxo spins from 0-100k in 6.2seconds, yea down a big hill. You'd need 170bhp or 185 bhp/ton to do this. The saxo is born with 120bhp where did you find 50bhp? All exhausts, cams, airfilters and other small mods add is about 15-20bhp, so your full of shit and your car is shit.

6,5s 0-100km/h is not a problem for a STOCK VTS or 106 GTI, a mate of me have 143hp in a stock, yeah!! stock!!! 106 GTI.

this car does ~6.5s 0-100 km/h and 15.1s at 1/4 mile with uphill (flat 14's times stock)

Yeah but you see it from a different perspective, your 30- old enough to be successful and afford Evo's if your young Saxo's are good cars I had a vtr for my first car at 17- good for wasting all my mates in 1.0 polo's and corsas- just like evo's are good for wasting saxo's.

On the reliability front I did 2 clutches and 2 gearboxes in 18 months!!

I dunno for me its just that certain cars as well as reliability problems have an image problem, saxos etc are normally considered to be driven by nobhead chavs.

Oh i dunno about that. My 1996 Peugeot 106 diesel has hard a hard life. Burnouts, red lining it ever day and it's got 172,000 miles on it and still getting 60mpg.

I will admit that the petrols are quite soft. Good thing is, the parts are cheap as shit to buy and easy to repair
