he has their fisio's medicines an equipment in the sower, also he has a pulsometer on the ground. Alonso also spends many time with the computer, gaming..XD.Next to the computer he has a pet that protecs him of the bad luck. Finally, Alonso allways have a soccer ball in his room, the TV and a PS2, a bed for sleep and be given massages, anything that helps to concentrate and isolate for the race, sorry about my bad english, im spanish
