No, it's from Warhammer 40K, the game which inspired both the album Realms of Chaos and a lot of Debauchery's tracks. Khorne is the Blood God, one of the four gods of chaos. The chant his minions often yell out is "Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Thrown!". The Chaos Space Marine chapter dedicated to him are the World Eaters.

I wonder how many people who love Bolt Thrower know the band is based on the epic Warhammer miniatures battles game. I love that fact, and alos that much of their album art is taken directly from game sources and they worked closely with games workshop back in the 1980s/90s.
