I made that since I was kid I made a bigger one using old school computer paper I put smiley face on it look like star from super Mario all the girls in my class used to ask me to make them one I just made them for people birthday now it cheaper :P and I put a little poem on the back of it

It's not that hard to fold it :) I learned in 4th grade how to make this. I also saw that you can write wishes in them or even fortunes to share with your friends! Make a lot of them, get a thread and needle, and string them up to hang in your window, it makes a beauftiful decoration!
