In the end, you need to shoot him,blow him up, poison him, stab him, shoot him more, stab him more, blow him up more, poison him again, crash a goddamn airplane on him, throw him into a fucking volcano, and to top it all off you need to blow him up AGAIN.

Krauser is infected with Las Plagas While Wesker is infected with a Primitive Version of the T-Virus Which gives him Extreme speed and extreme Strength and the Ability to regenerate. Making him the strongest Tyrant class in the series, On top of that Uroboros (An upgraded parasite of Las Plagas) eventually accepts Weskers DNA making him the strongest boss in series.

Remember that Krauser was put out of commission by two highly trained normal humans with a knife (Leon and Ada). You Know, I've been thinking, Anyone played RE5?? remember a Flash back from Wesker, said that he was one of 6 kid they experimented on to make them super powerful... and he worked for the stars undercover! and apparently (in Darkside Chronicles) Leon worked with Krauser, but Krauser also worked for umbrella ( as he mention in RE4 fighting with Leon "...all for Umbrellas sake...). @knightrohan1 He receives them at the end of the first game, Code Veronica which takes place several months after Resident Evil 2 and 3 which takes places two months after the first game, Wesker has already perfected his super human speed and strength, He moves extremely fast and has pure strength in that game. So by the time RE4 would of came, Wesker would of already mastered his abilities meaning he would of destroy Krauser easily.

Wesker's death was hard for Chris to overcome they had to use his own virus against him and had to wait for the right time, Wesker kicked their ass's each time and even when he was weakened he was hard to beat. Krauser on the other hand got fucked up by Leon and finished off by Ada easily. He would lose to Wesker in seconds. Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of Krauser but Wesker is far more intelligence and powerful. Wesker ftw

Krauser would never take it easy on Leon, in fact, he tried to kill him and nearly suceeded the first time they met in RE4. I would say Krauser is more lethal in terms of military training and weapons use. Wesker is a more of a practical type. Whatever means necessary to accomplish his purposes.

Krauser clearly stated in his internal monologue that he was going to search Wesker out to get stronger, which he clearly did by RE4. @SuperLildrummerboy It's hard to say, in Code Veronica, she was beating Wesker without much effort, but then again, Chris killed her like she was a helpless kitten, it's hard to say, she is technically more powerful than Albert, but Albert is actually a trained fighter, so yeah, pretty hard to say, I'm gonna have to say Alexia would lose, but it wouldn't be an easy fight, I know Wesker can dodge bullets, Alexia kind of doesn't have that, but she does have flaming blood.
