  • Hey guys, can you do a video on how fast/dramitically you lose body fat %? & like some more tips to determine BF% by eyeballing it? i know you did a video on it already, but if there's any other ways id love that

  • I totally agree, whether it is low or high reps you will only look ripped if you lose body fat and a little water retention. If you generally do high reps with a bit of cardio this helps you cut up a bit more, you won't gain as much muscle with the cardio but it all helps you define.

    Do low rep sets to pump the muscles and push your strength then go for supersets or high rep/low weight sets at the end to use all the fibres left in the muscle and feel the BURN! that will do the same job.

  • @Judicial78 I didn't say I DO that, I just know that it does from common sense. When you do lighter weight higher reps, you tend to do the reps faster than heavier weight, thus increasing your heart rate. No doubt actual cardio is better, but I think people do cardio in addition to the aforementioned strategy in order to cut. It's just insight man.

  • I found for my body doing high reps on the squat makes my thighs grow very fast ..Im using about 100 lbs and squatting 3 sets of 50 reps. same for calf's 3 sets 50 reps 100 lbs. works like a charm.

  • This info is bad... I like you guys but idk just doesnt seem like you research enough. Theres reasons why tons of bodybuilders do a high rep day and low rep day. To help build the muscle and one day to help shape it. Lowering your body fat does help in showing it but if you have no muscle then you wont look ripped

  • @R3ALG00d whatever suits you, you can do 3 sets of 6 reps or 3 reps of 11 reps, and you can lower the reps if you need to, for example 3 sets of 8 reps, then you may get tired on the last set and you may have to drop to 6

    all random, either is good, you can even do 3 sets for 12 reps each set, doesn't matter

    If you only care about being strong then powerlifting is the sport for you, you can be skinny or big whichever and still get really strong, you wont build much muscle though

I get serious serious muscle spam at my lower back, I could lean over and pick up a small object that dont weight much and my body feel like its gonna drop to the ground. Im only 39 yrs old. What execrese you recommend to help strenghten my back so i can get closer to being able to workout on my abs.
