Let me preface this by saying that I'm a novice...
I agree with what you're saying about your clean, the bar is getting too far away. You have great flexibility though, good positions. Wish I was that flexible. It looks like you may be losing some positioning as you dip for the jerk, seems like the weight moves you forward a bit and your elbows shift down to accomodate. As I understand it, you should try and maintain positioning through the dip.

Thanks for the comments.
I took your suggestion and really tried to maintain elbow position with the jerk and it made all the difference. Jerks actually felt easy!
