Too bad about the motors... I can certainly relate. You can replace the servos or supply more current (yikes!). Even better, try to improve the mechanics. The electrical stuff seems to be your strength, but your mechanical design is quite simple. I am sure you can do better than a direct drive from the servos. Regardless, GOOD work.
