Yes, a Christian can have a demon. To be demonized really means to be under the influence of demons. Whether that be sickness, adultery, or lies. Though the devil can not possess a Christian he can influence their bodies with sickness, depression, etc.
We are made of spirit, mind and body. A christian is born again in their spirit. But the mind and body may have been damaged, and spirits enter that space. If you don't cast out the spirit, and only cut out the sickness, then he will just move to another body part. A demon is not in every sickness, must seek God for understanding your case.
what about christains who have cancer??i have always thought that christains couldn't be demon possesed! so if cancer is a dmon than your saying christains can possesed, please help me understand this!

A soul that goes away from god is under the influence of devil.so he must be constantly under the spirit of god.A christian who is not right and true and has fleed away from jesus enters teh devisl territory
