I missed on this comment. This is not plum cake. Plum cake is made with plums up side down sort of cake...will sure post those recipes even soon...I love up side down fruit cakes made with pineapple, plum and some other fruits....

For vegan option, use egg, soy yogurt, flax seeds or other alternatives discussed on website and of course you will have to add sugar as well...
