The Metra is a seperate download from train-sim DOT com.

There are actually 2 parts to the Metra, the engine and the cars. Both can be found at the above website and then put together in the MSTS consist editor.

There is no MSTS demo. You may be able to get MSTS on ebay or at a software store. MSTS is a few years old already so it may be hard to find.
