Bambi, the Spas-12 got a damage buff so that each pellet now does 35 damage, and 49 with the damage PROFICIENCY. This means damage is useless since it'll be a 3 pellet kill regardless, so the best proficiency is Range.
What's up with everyone saying that because of the buff, USAS is now good? It was easily the second best shotgun even before the patch, not far away from the Striker

@MESSI10BARCAfan Yes it is. There was a glitch on Ps3 when the patch first hit that gave the USAS 12 about 12 bullets in a buckshot. So try it out!

You should check your info. The striker has always had 6 pellets. The Spas/AA have always had 8 pellets.
