this is almost painful to watch. poor posture is an issue but what's the point in doing a squat if your just gonna lower your upper body to the floor instead of bending your knees.
Totally agree with galbraithfitness. Poor posture is practiced throughout this demo, this only promotes backpain and other such injuries. I certainly encourage the use of fitness demos on youtube as it's a great dea, but not when done badly like this.
Obviously the point is core, balance and dynamic movement and not so much static isolated movement for bulking up.

sorry but these are good exercises demonstrated poorly!
i've watched a few of get fit source vids on here and every time they say good posture is key (which it is) but never demonstrate it!
you will get injuries like this!
