Thanks for the helpful video! I was finally able to take my Ice cube apart and lubricate it.

One tip for dis-assembly, be careful if you have fingernails. Mine got caught and cut a huge gash underneath it. I would recommend short fingernails or using a screwdriver to take out the first piece.

so i just got my 2 by 2 as a gift for Christmas and i noticed that the white and yellow side are not across from each other.... it goes ... yellow-green / white-blue / red - orange... is that normal?

Trust me when I say... Don't get a 4x4. They are probably the worst cubes out there for turning. I would suggest going right to a 5x5 (Preferrably V Cube). And I suggest eBay. Even though they're all the way in Hong Kong, it's still worth saving the money.
