nice, nice! I do the same thing, actually - the only way to get catchy tunes out of my head is to "ear" them onto the piano, and I too can't keep a steady rhythm most of the time. The difference is you have the guts to post it on youtube, and for that, you're badass.

@Pieman. Again- Well, this just sounded like an old piano to me. It was really just the cameras sound quality. And spelling does matter, at least, if you want to make an intellegent argument. Nice job, but that piano sounds rather old. The noise isn't as crisp as a newer one would sound, or it could just be bad film quality. I don't know. Still, nice job. I think I'll try and learn this piece.

The bodgy sound is because I was recording it with my N95 mobile phone; it's not really the piano's fault.

Although it does need to be re-tuned a bit.

People take classes to try and learn to do this sort of thing and still fail miserably. (I'm talking about my roommate last year... for being a music major, he had no ear for melody or rythem)

It's 20% lessons, and 80% talent. You can learn to play piano, but it won't be as someone with natural talent, or they have to bust their butts off 10x more. Then again, sometimes there are people who just can't play it. But I guess if you want something enough, and work incredibly hard for it, it can be possible.
