@brujero13 thanks man, i cast .38 and .44 lead balls thats what i used on these bushytails, however i have used marbles in the past, they will kill but you need a near perfect head shot for a clean kill.. and you dont get the greater kill distance as you do with lead, i cleanly dropped a squirrel last week with a .38 lead ball at just under 45 yards

No idea about America but in the UK the non-native grey squirrel is making a mess of the whole ecosystem. so much so that over here if you catch a grey and release it back to the wild you are committing a crime.
