I have met the guy twice and I can attest: that's not true.

At the Dawson City music festival he was walking around and taking pictures with people and he's incredibly friendly and down-to-earth.

Later he went to Inuvik and spoke with anyone who would come see him.

David Suzuki should get into politics eventually as an independent candidate
