dude your a fuckin joke you made like 10 scoped shots and 14 no scoped shots by the 4:45 mark and you did kill the kantus when you had the chance to do so this would have saved you a lot of time and ammo. my friend and i beat horde with the shealds faceing out and we both had sniper rifles and lancers we had a grand total of 13 rounds left for the both of us by the end of wave 50. so take that form an experienced sniper and kill the FUCKING KANTUS BEFORE YOU TRY TO KILL THE DRONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best survival tactic, is a good teammate, and the ability to whoop ass and know how many bullets it takres to kill your enemy.

Ive been playing this game none stop since it came out. Im virtually unstoppable on horde. Ive done wave 50 alone a couple of times, but its a pain in the ass no matter how good you are.

i wish people in a ranked or social horde would do this they always just go out and get separated and play rambo and then we end up only goin up to wave 7 or 8. they nvr pick up the shields and set em up. i have some gorups that do it but majority of the time people just play rambo cuz they think there all bad shit on vs. multiplayer.

@slippyHUN The burst pistol is actually the most beneficial weapon on the game. It holds a shit ton of ammo, does alot of damage and gives you a second to double check your aim between bursts. just dont miss. The burst pistol and the boomshield are the emergency combo.

Hey just wondering did you have to save up on te shields to do this? and dont they disappear after each horde round if you dont pick them up

yes every other round a shield will spawn in the center of the map. and yes, they will disappear if you do not pick them up. so before the end of the round carry a shield with you and then when the next round begins place it and pick up another shield before it dissapears. NOTE: you have about 10 seconds before they disappear so try to pick up and place them ASAP then pick them back up and place them were you really need them. I hope i was not too confusing.

dude awsome tactic and nice work but it still works if u dont have XBL yet, like i dont. btw this is just my opinion but securitys only good for being screwed up the arse... locust can turn down ur main shields and ull get screwed even more if that happens on wave 50. try a map like RIVER cos thers an open roof for sniper and morter space. its pretty awsome.

also just a question but do u need XBL to be able to use the golden hammerburst/lancer???

the best map is security cause u and ur men can all camp in the middle where theres lasers and respawning weapons and the enemies can hardly hit u, u can also get the respawning geranades and plant them on the walls for extra safety.

you make sure you have someone who just shoots any locust that go to turn off the lasers cause they run past it if they're being shot.

also near the end of rounds you can go for an ammo run (2 crates just out the front)

The shields will only keep away the bigger Horde such as Grinder, Boomer, and the other one carrying the shield ( I forgot his name). However, the Sires can still knock down the shields regardless if it's facing the other direction (learned that the hard way in wave 46). On another note, the Blood Mount can climbed the shield, so watch out for him.

I made it all the way to wave 50 on the map 'Day One.' Other than that, good luck to all those trying to make it to wave 50. : ]

Yo Mate, just to clarify if you plant a shield backwards no-one can kick it down ? I am currently on level 15 with my mate, and we found that its a problem with those soldiers coming up to our shields and kicking them down. Can you guarantee it will work ? Perhaps post a video of it working.
