  • The only background to this club is a bunch of arabs digging oil.

  • harsh worlds

  • so proud that it was a Gooner that said this !:D

    A.F.C. <3

  • To the Munichs on here: rot in hell Busby Babes you fucking pieces of dog shit ha ha ha

  • @LouisEdwardsWrongun you're a sick fuck

  • 1st in league... says it all

  • @IIberky0o Says nothing, the league ends in May. MUFC Rules!!! Champions!!!

  • @sewitt60 1st ... and will end up 1st ahah. MCFC Rules!!! league championnssss!!!!!

  • @IIberky0o Haha, we will see!

  • The players that city have now have only joined them because of the money they have, its funny that since city's recent success city fans start creeping out of the woodwork.

  • "I didn't see Leeds doing it when they were down" - well we did.

  • it appears 'darren' needs to brush up on a few. like the fact that city's crowds dropped to as low as 3,007 (THREE THOUSAND AND SEVEN) in 1998 when they were in the third tier. that's a fair few less than the 42,000 he quotes here. darren's lies are as bad as his fake manc accent.

  • @chasingthesky 3,007 - not for a league game it was the Auto Windscreens which is the equivalent of the Johnson Paints. I remember there being over 32k there against Blackpool in the 3rd tier with an average of just below 30k. Incidentally that average was bigger than almost half the Premier League clubs that season so I'm sure you'll agree tremendous support.

  • Big club, small club, medium sized club doesn't matter. We are the best club in England and will win the league this year. Historically City have always had great support comparative to their league position. What is the obsession with being a big club?

  • @cnev237930 SHIT CLUB NO HISTORY

  • chelsea? hardly.

  • Well done Mr Groves!! City aren't, and never will, be a BIG CLUB. To my mind there are only 3 big clubs in England, United (no first name needed, listen to most commentators and pundits), Liverpool and Arsenal . A mixture of history, success and fanbase being 3 vital ingredients. Sorry City fans, but beating United in the early to mid 70's doesn't make you big. You are only competing for top spot in the PL because of your present day finances. You are a small club in a big city.

  • get fooked rag

we have always been a big club but eclipsed by the rags of trafford

now we have the finances to compete so everyone is against us

COME ON CITY 6-1 @ the swamp

  • city want fans in asia, they want a massive fan base (pardon the pun) they have banners saying "bluemoon thanks you sheik mansour" they also have banners in arabic saying thanks too, all around the ground.... this is the club that sings "we're the pride of manchester" what a load of shite. they already have supporters clubs all over the country as well, yet seem to forget that when they say their myths and abu shite about mufc. they are an embarrassment

  • @deangenny 2 League titles, 5 FA Cups, 0 European Cups. You can't even fill your ground in a home Semi-final. Are you fuckin' sure? Small, shitty little club.

  • Hahaha. He started all smug and trying to wind the others up, by the end the Bertie cunt was rocking from side to side fuming. Top work from Perry.

  • who cares if we are not as big as other clubs?perry groves has spat his dummy here because his beloved arsenal are no longer guaranteed a top four place.34 thousand in the third tier of english football aint a bad crowd though,so i wouldnt say we are a small club either.CTID!

  • 42,000 in division 3...absolutely typical lying bert twat.

  • Straight after xmas, middle of a recession. haha yeah any excuse.

  • But all jokes aside, City are a massive club. They sell out every week, don't they????

  • And he's an Ex-Arse player! Speaks the truth.

  • City fan in being a wanker shocker! Cunts to a man.

  • This is why city fans are called the 'Liars'. Plus why was this bertie not at the game? the City is yours....

  • Hahaha this is brilliant!! Perry Groves you LEGEND!!!

  • Fucking hell, the gift that keeps on giving - Citeh.Every one of them is a total and utter Billy Liar.Surprised the Div didn't have a 'tash tbh.Well in, Perry.

  • Hilariously deluded city fan. Why do they believe their own lies? their bitterness has actually made them mentally ill, genuinely, they are so, so deluded.

  • COMEDY GOLD FROM CITEH FANS....MASSIVE

  • Bluemoon, i saw you standing alone, next to blue empty seats, because you cant fill your home !

  • @SopranoPictures

Every league game sold out this season, you Munich retard. You told me you were a copper and you were closing my channel. Well I'm still waiting you fucking faggot ha ha

  • Citeh are not a big club..... they're a MASSIVE club....PMSL..... 42000 in the 3rd tier my arse. Never mind not selling out the semi, they barely sellout league games,

unless they play..... Man Utd..... the council house is never full!! UNITED!! UNITED!! UNITED!!

  • What a MASSIVE blue twat that blotchy fat cunt is. BLUE SHITE!!!

  • City a big club? Funniest thing ever. They fail to sell out home games on a constant basis. Tickets for Man United in the FA cup went on general sale, so did Semi final tickets against Liverpool in the first leg. Didn't City once take 100,000 to Blackburn, back in the day? Is this when they had 42,000 in Div.3?

  • United 48000 in div 2 a lot higher than city who were in the top dig at the time

  • Also 32,000 when they were 2 leagues down, not 42 and that's being generous.

  • This guy lives in Stockport, he drinks in my local, dunno why he's saying he's from Manchester and united do sell out every game

  • Unfortunately you don't get points for being "big".

  • 42K in division 3 ha ha ha ha fucking fat lying cunt!!

  • City's average league attendance is 47,000 in a 47,000 capacity stadium. Fact! City finished 16th in 2004 and averaged 47,000 in a 47,000 capacity stadium. Fact! City finished 8th in 2005 and averaged 46,000. Fact! Thats incredible support. City fans are the greatest on the planet. Fact!

  • not a big club..true...Citeh are JOKE CLUB

  • Thats why Sheffield Wednesday have sold out for their game at the weekend against their rivals, City couldn't even sell out their half of the tickets in the Community shield.

  • Massive Whopper

  • City are gonna win 35 Premier League and 25 Champions League titles in the next 50 years. It's called - WORLD DOMINATION!

  • If Arsenal ever got relegated, which is gonna happen in the next decade, their crowds would go down to less than 15,000. No doubt about that. Arsenal are a club thats in complete terminal decay.

  • City's fan base is bigger than Arsenal's. City have had bigger average attendances than Arsenal, in the vast majority of our 132 year history. In fact, City have actually had bigger average attendances than Manchester United, in the vast majority of our history as well. City had bigger average crowds than United, in 67 of the 70 seasons between 1880 and 1950. This means that overall, City have have had bigger crowds than United, for the vast majority of time. THATS HISTORY FOR YOU, MANCHESTER!

  • @bingowings80 That's actually a lie, the last time City had a higher average attendance was 1934. When United played at Maine Rd, they averaged 8K more for their games than City in their own ground. Since the war, there have been only 3 seasons when Utd didn't have the highest average attendance in Britain, two were due to ground redevelopment.

    Sorry to burst your bubble.

  • @OfficetoOcean sum facts 1933/34 City 30,058 utd 18,338, 1934/35 City 34,824 utd 22,871, 1935/36 33,577 utd 26,070, 1936/37 City 35,872 utd 32,332, 1937/38 City 32,670 utd 26,633, 1938/39 City 31,291 utd 30,365 , well sorry to burst bubble, the last time utd had a high average in this period was in 1924/25 City 29,000 utd 30,030, so from 1926/27 to 1938/39 not even the biggest attendance in Manchester never mind Britain

  • Comment removed

  • Oh and City fans call us arrogant? Listen to that big headed blue twat.

  • 42,000 in division 3? Hahaha no wonder they're called the liars, the ground only held 34,000.

    MASSIVE club.

  • city is the much much better team, im bayern munich fan from germany, and wehn we met, i was kinda scared of city, if we meet arsenal in this cl-season, i would be happy. i think the way your opponent react when they have to play you shows whos a big club and whos a small club

  • Manchester City had bigger attendances than Arsenal throughout the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's, 1970's and 1980's. Facts! City have always had a far bigger fan base than Arsenal. Facts!

  • @bingowings80 If you seriously think city have a bigger fanbase now you are insane. Worldwide Arsenal's fanbase is several time larger.

  • Manchester City had bigger crowds than Arsenal throughout the 1950's, 1960's, 1970's and 1980's as well. Facts!

  • Nonsense. City have won 1 trophy in 35 years and 7 major trophies in the past 44 years. City have had bigger average attendances than Arsenal in six of the past 11 years and in that time we won absolutely nothing. Facts

  • This argument is all down to ones own perception on the subject, meaning every single person will give a different answer, completely pointless.

  • this guy seems annoyed but he knows perry is right. talking about liverpool fans around the corner lol...mate that's what big teams have, fans from all over the country and the globe. what do you think the aim of city is. to become one of the biggest clubs in the world. no 'big club' has just fans from their city or area.

  • city are not a big club obviously. either are chelsea. just a club built on money. however city have decent fans and at least sing. big clubs in england are liverpool, arsenal, man utd. big fanbase and history of winning trophies.

  • Perry Groves is an arsehole. Just a shit player who knows fuck all about football.

  • City are a Massive club, whats Perry talking about ?

  • @Pigeon55 ever been old trafford ?

  • @kevj1971 Kev,me old mate. what a daft question, it's my 2nd home,my 3rd being Wembley, take it easy & good luck in the Europa xx

  • @ferrarif50hunt You're an idiot. City have always been huge.

  • @bingowings80 huge? lol yeah alright mate

  • Biggest attendance in the entire history of english football : 84,569 for Manchester City 1-0 Stoke, FA Cup Quarter-Final, at the biggest club stadium in the entire history of english football - Maine Road, in 1934. Manchester City are the best supported club in Britain. Facts!

  • @bingowings80 Dont forget the Tallest floodlights as well !!

  • @Pigeon55 how tall are the floodlights it Eastlands ?

  • @kevj1971 Not as Massive as the ones at Maine Rd,next question

  • @Pigeon55 you have not mentioned Stockport or bitter yet ! how old are these jokes !

  • @kevj1971 They may be old jokes Kev, but they are your heritage & history, stand proud, btw Barm or Muffin ?

  • @Pigeon55 barm ie chip barm (barmcake)

  • @kevj1971 Good choice, but i'd pass on both & go for the Balti pie, excuse my late response, started the day @ Klanfield and it went downhill from there, MANCHESTER LA LA LA.

  • City are not a small club. They are also not a "big" club. But, they are growing exponentially. They will easily be able to be grouped as a "big" club within 10 years. Groves is just an arrogant, bitter cunt. End of.

  • if u say man city are a small club then u have to say chelsea are as well. look at their history pre-1995

  • well said perry.

  • Perry is spot on, city are not a big club under any circumstance or any way you want to spin it. i.e. support, stature or trophies. They just have a lot of money.

  • "We're a big club mate, we've always been a big club." - Haha do me a favour. You've always been a big club? Right okay then, if you say so. You can't buy history son, Manchester City are a small club that got lucky getting bought by an Arab who spent frankly ridiculous amounts of money on players. Offering them outrageous wages because it's the only way you could convince them to join your small time club with no history. City might be able to buy success but they'll never have respect. lol

  • City are a small club in comparison to the likes of United, liverpool and arsenal. If you seriously think Man City's fanbase is anywhere near as large as them you are delusional, good fanbase in england but tiny worldwide. Being lucky in getting such a wealthy owner with cash to burn does not make you a big club.

  • @BlazingFury07 couldn't agree more.

  • Grove's is a fucking bellend, so what Arsenal giving more tickets to City for the carling cup game this season 5,226 City fans at the Emirates Stadium, I bet Arsenal would have not sold that many if the game was at Eastlands, Grove's massive chip on is shoulder because Arsenal are being left behind, ps knobhead which club holds the record attendance for a home match in England, by the way it's not Arsenal even playing some home European games at Wembley a couple of seasons back

  • @kevj1971 Not true mate, city have failed to fulfil there away allocation in the last couple of seasons at the emirates. Whereas we sold ours out for the last two away league ties with city. The stadium is always partially empty at eastlands.

  • @Pomaori You do realise in the Carling Cup on a Wed night we sold out 5,500 at the Emirates dont you?

  • @01j07 You do realise I said that that is the first time that city have EVER sold out their away allocation at the emirates. We consistently have sold out our away tickets to eastlands last two years running. Just watch any city game and the stadium is always half empty against the lesser sides. You city fans are oblivious. Look at attendance stats for the past couple of seasons; they will read 1) Man utd 2) Arsenal.

  • @Pomaori have you got the facts to back up your statements ? City have never sold out at the Emirates ? or are you just talking shite like Groves, i've been a couple of times and it's alway been full in the away end, maybe last season on a cold Tuesday in January just after the Christmas/New Years break, also look at the price of the tickets, what is it this season £60 ? a lot money to fork out for a football match .

  • @kevj1971 Thats less than arsenal mate. And look at your figures and average for last season it's ten thousand less than that which shows how many band wagon fans you lot have. Mate your delusional city are a small time club with a bunch of money. One trophy in 50 years LOL

  • @Pomaori 45,905 average in a stadium holding 47,726 last season (not bad for a team that as only won one trophy in 50 years) , so your bullshit about "tens of thousands" is way off the mark, and the "band wagon fans" will soon be sacking Arsenal for some other team, the funny thing is i don't have a problem with Arsenal, great club lots of history but no future, hopefully finishing 5th will be your high point this season

  • @kevj1971 Last season your average was 36,295. It just goes to show how many fair weather fans you are gathering. And well done pal enjoy it while you can but you lot have been dumped out of more competitions than us. To be fair i'd rather support a club with credibility, history and an identity. As opposed to a faceless sugar daddy dependent club. To be fair I used to hate utd but look at you city fans giving it after half a season in 1st place. Calm down mate lol

  • @Pomaori You think our average last season was 36,295? Wow you truly are one deluded individual. Instead of writing B.S try looking at facts

  • @01j07 Sorry I meant to put a 4 instead mate, typo. billsportsmaps(dot)com/?p=5672 gives a thorough run down and it shows the massive spike is city's average attendance it's one of the highest up turns in the league. Per capita of seats city aren't even top 5, The fact is city have only sold their away allocation ONCE at the emirates. I can't find it online but I've been to every home game against city at the emirates and the league cup game was the only time it's been full.

  • @Pomaori check your facts, the lowest average attendance City have had at Eastlands was 39,997 in 2006/07 and that's the only time it's been under 40 thousand in the 9 season we have been there, "credibility history and an identity " ? yes a South London club playing in North London ( Woolwich) playing in old Notts Forest kits, looking at you Arsenal fans, maybe i was wrong about which are the better set of fans from North London, put your dummy back in

  • @kevj1971 Mate you were the one who spat out your dummy at perry and arsenal. That was 70 odd years about teams have to move stadiums. We have been a north london club for longer than we were a south london club so what's your point ? You want to talk credibility when your club is trying to buy the tittle. Wow you city fans are full of it. We'll see whose laughing when financial fairplay comes in. Half a season at the top of the league and look at you city fans giving it lol. Pipe down son

  • @Pomaori "that was 70 odd years" so that doesn't count as history, st ill my facts are right, does it hurt not being in the top 4 ! scared you turning in to a mid table team ! "We'll see whose laughing when financial fairplay comes in " well you better keep your tissues handy, the way it's look you will be the second team in North London, ps "i spat my dummy up" because like "perry" (who ?) you was talking a lot of shit,

  • Comment removed

  • @kevj1971 But how does that damage the crediblity of arsenal ? It's a complete non-issue. Everything Perry said was a fact. City are a club who lack integrity, class and credibility. Players play for arsenal because of the history, stature and style of football. The only reason anyone signs for City is for a big pay check. Your just a business mate, I support a real footballl club not the play toy of some sand dune arab. Jog on son, enjoy your 15 minutes mate.

  • @Pomaori you have not got a clue mate, i bet you have never been the Emirates, just rolling out the same old anti City media crap, all your facts have been wrong and the rest as just been bullshit, so get back to wanking over Arsenal .com you plastic twat, ps you can buy Barcelona or Real Mardid shirts over the internet, for when you jump ship

  • @Pomaori A real football club with plastic tourist "supporters" or is that customers

  • @kevj1971 Still banging on mate ? I wanted city to win the tittle but I didn't realise how half a season at the top of the table would make every city fan a smug cunt. I am more than happy to support a club with class, substance and style as opposed to city who are lacking in all of those apartments.

  • @Pomaori "still banging on mate" well you are still talking crap, "class" ? a half blind manger , only see's other teams wrongs, "substance" whats that ? a large tourist/ corporate fan base ! ans "style" is that your style of boring boring Arsenal or your new pass it pass it pass it and don't score ? ps stick too supporting Arsenal mate, when your teams not playing get behind them, or if your Arsenal boo your manger classy

  • @kevj1971 Did you just call wenger half blind ? If wenger is half blind mate mancini is the blindest cunt on the planet. Criticizing rooney for waving the red card and he does every bloody game mate lol We are a multicutural club mate, aint nothing wrong with that. I spose if I wanted to stereotype city supporters I would call them dole bludging overweight pisshead chavs. We pay some of the highest prices in europe mate we pay to do what we want. At least we turn up lol

  • @Pomaori "multicutural club" whats that all about ? yes Mancini as waved imaginary cards, i remember your so called manger not shaking Mark Hughes's hand at Eastlands after City beat them ,that class ?remember it Hughes just just laughed and waved good bye, been watching shameless have you ? "we pay to do what we want" that sound very close to another song, "at least we turn up" we will see in a couple of seasons of finishing outside the top 4, if the Emirates is still full ?

  • @Pomaori ps if Eastlands is "haft empty" for the lesser games how the fuck have we got a 47,000 average attendance ?

  • @Pomaori Our average for the past 3 years has been withing 600 of the capacity. Yes you sell out at our stadium but why do you only take 4,000 out of 7,000 to Blackburn every year? Surely huge club Arsenal can sell more than 4,000 seats when offered 7000?

  • @01j07 we only got allocated 4'000 at blackburn , only the manc clubs n liverpool got allocated the whole end

  • @Pomaori "not true" so how many City were at the Emirates for the carling cup ? so you sold out for the last two away league ties, how many times did you sell out the away at Maine Road ? so called big club ! ps I'm i also wrong about the record crowd ?

  • @kevj1971 one time mate and thats probably because you lot have a bunch of band wagon jumpers because your top of the league. You didnt even sell half of your away tickets last season. You city fans are delusional if you think your a big club or bigger than arsenal. There aint no way you can spin it, your not a big club or bigger than arsenal. End of.

  • I'll rip your fucking throat out Groves you thick cunt.

  • He is right

  • @bobnot75 He is. But City has everything it needs in order to be a big club.
