I'm on my eighth month of a Kundalini awakening. It's definitely not a cake walk, that's for sure. I've been doing more meditations, but I haven't been doing any astral projection meditations yet, like you have. I had one spontaneous OBE late last year when I was awake at 3 am, but I never left my apartment. I just traveled to each of the rooms, to see that it was lit up in a different color. Not entirely sure if i am experiencing this, but i have been woken up between 2 - 4 am for the last few months. I am wide awake and feel like i need to do something. Also i was talking on the phone the other day and i went all dizzy and had to sit down? I have for a while now, felt like i need to eat fruit. Is this ascension? Bloody hope so!

i am an indigo adult and my latest ascension symptom is my right shoulder blade is killinng me. I could barely get out of bed because the pain in my neck/shoulder is so painful. I never take pills but I had to take pain pills because the pain was so strong.I even went to a chiropractor. I even forgot about my excutiating painful lower back because of my neck/shoulder pain.
I can definitely relate to the intense shoulder blade pain you've experienced as an ascension symptom. I had tremendous pains around my left shoulder for four months straight recently. It hit my lower back for a few months, as well. We're all in this together, my friend.
@drwinslow70 My friend has severe shoulder pain for no apparent reason and he is so stubborn I cant even take it. I keep telling him it is probably an ascension symptom and he doesnt want to believe it, who knows , maybe I am the crazy one and he is right.
A couple of years ago, I had bouts of dizziness/vertigo, that numerous tests and doctor visits could never explain. I often get headaches, though it is usually restricted to the area just behind my left eye. I can't say I've ever felt the vibrations that are often mentioned by other folks here, but I am deeply sensitive to emotional "vibes" and have a hard time dealing with the pressures of daily life. I also have vivid dreams and have had visitations from those who have passed.
Oh my goodness, it's nice to know I'm not going crazy. I'm experiencing some weird sensations, hard to describe, but dizziness is a big part of it. Also, I experience a strong sensation of seeing things in my peripheral vision, like someone or some "thing" is right behind me or beside me. I'm getting used to it, but it's a little freaky when driving. Thanks to all who commented here!

Back in 1996, my mom got in a terrible car accident. The weird thing is that she put her seatbelt on that day before the crash. She never wore her seatbelt on a regular basis but she said she got this weird urge to put it on. I am sure it was her guardian angel or higher self sending her the message. Thank goodness she listened.
I've definitely been having a lot of aches lately. Especially around my forehead. But it is different than a headache. Just this pressure feeling.
Yep they are there when u need em and im talking from a personal experience in this matter.I was saved once lol by one of them,not by intuition like leesee mentioned but by physical intervene,i was literally pushed away
My dad was a cop and he was told not to go to work so many times, and every time an officer was killed. He has also been told by a being to turn the car around and go a different way, and the same kind of thing happened in the place he was heading to. So yes, we all really do have guides who WANT to help us an be there for us. Also, we are each other's guides, like you said :D
