  • Plenty of barbell not enough rollout.

  • Use an exercise ball. Much harder. You can also bring one knee up then back down between push up reps.

  • Well that was lame and pathetic, you could combine the two in a far more effective and challenging way than that

  • stupid the way u combine 2 exercises and ruin them both
