I was at a party in Karlsruhe in 1996 and they played a kind of rap version of this - the chorus had a "Whoo Hey" refrain at the end of each line. Any ideas what it was?

Any of you guys notice that their southern accents get more pronounced as time progresses? The 70s version was done almost without any kind of accent at all.
