By the way the excerpt is from the German writer Franz Kafka, the text is named "Before the law". It is increadibly ambiguous and discussed, but certainly a masterpiece.I really admire LDC for referring to tis text, because it raises this song to a whole new level, which I have only known from Tool before. The art of music is combined with literal art, and in the example of Tool they combine their music with scientific perceptions. I advise you to listen the Fibonacci sequence in Tools Lateralus

Übrigens der Text der auf englisch aufgesagt wird, ist auf Franz Kafkas Erzählung " Vor dem Gesetz". Dieser Text ist wahnsinnig vieldeutig und umstritten, aber defenetiv ein Meisterwerk. Bezug darauf zu nehmen finde ich von LDC höchst bewundernswert, und hebt dieses Stück für mich auf eine ganz andere Ebene, die durch Musik allein nicht mehr beschrieben werden kann, sondern nur noch von purer Intelligenz und Inspiration.
