Fertility rates in Africa are the highest on the planet.The average African woman will bear 5-7 children over her lifetime! (the world average is about 2).They overpopulate themselves which leads to starvation and disease.Then it's brought upon the western countries as a guilt complex to give them our money, C'mon! Complete ignorance is the problem here! Birth control and education is the answer,otherwise it's an endless cylce. Sad but true.
