That might have been Fedex's...not necessarily Winnebago's...fault. Those straps are "sealed" by heat, and the common way to "open" them is peeling back the inner tab of the heat "seal" by hand...no tools required. They open easily, so it's easier to assume a Fedex fault than a Winny fault. If a driver lifted the package with the strap, it might have popped open.
