My mother went to high school with Jim Morrison. It was G.W. High School in Alexandria, VA. She said he was really kind of wierd. He didn't really have any friends and apparently he was very smart. He looks pretty bookish in her yearbook too. Looking at him then, you would never guess he would become so huge.
