This might sound a bit cruel, but the only thing that you can't do on a guitar under your condition is pinch harmonics, since it involves a certain positioning of the thumb to make the "squeal"; that's the only limitation i could think of for your type of situation, but despite that you are fucking awesome with that axe! (BTW 1:42-1:55 reminds me of crazy train, very nice).

@ZeroVirusEXE Actually it is possible to get pinch harmonics, you don't need a thumb to do pinch harmonics, you can get them a number of ways, the easiest is trying to catch them like natural harmonics. The things he can't do are chicken picking, hybrid picking, and 6+ finger tapping.
