Good points on this video, because I feel that when I go to a job interview that it is actually a two way interview where the employer is looking for a skill set and I am looking to see if I want to work with this employer.

There's only one thing I disagree with - unless you go for an interview to Macdonald or call-centre, don't even ask an employer about the dress-code: it's always suit and a fucking tie for boys and conservative dress for girls (whatever it means).

Otherwise excellent presentation, and a Russian accent rocks -)))
