The commercial is there to remind people that America is not the problem. It isn't, "implying," anything close to what you said.

It reminds the citizens with negative thoughts about the government that America is NOT the problem, and we will get out of this as we did in the Great Depression.

I guess so. It's not a very good thing to have an overwhelming Democratic majority with a Democrat as a president.
It's the other way around with the Republicans, example; Clinton's presidency. He had an overwhelming Republican majority in the Senate and Congress.

Watched it 4 times. WTF? I'm not sure what to make of it. Some of the FAUX propaganda network's choices were perplexing. Katrina and Abu Ghriab are America's problems,...but America isn't the problem. I guess their practicing some sort transference therapy on all of their brainwashed viewers. Maybe they're subliminally flashing the word LIBERALS in between the frames.
