Hello chaps, you can make this for free with Truespace. Make a cone, copy it, make the second slightly smaller, place it inside first cone, like a hand in a glove. Delete smaller cone using object subtract. You now have hollow cone. Elongate the cone. Get a basic star field texture, making sure the stars are nice and bright. Now add a camera. Place it so it it looking into the cone from the wide open end. Now animate. Use about 250 frames and move the camera down to the narrow end. Render. Enjoy
