This does look horrible, especially the fact that Ryu and Chun Li's names are changed and also for the choppy movement. This game reminds me of another "pirate" game called Fighting Hero for the NES.
Finaly proof that this game exists. As a kid I bought it on holiday out of curiosity and pretty much figured it wasn't official. Thankfuly I didn't pay much for it.

Oh, interesting. The same music is used in an unlicensed Korean NES game called Buzz & Waldog. Must've been the same developers.

Okay, I just played this game on Kega Fusion but there appeared to be problems with the colours and that the sprites appeared as silhouettes.
Could you tell me what emulator you used to run this?
