  • This is HK Mahjong, I can hear he speaks cantonese - if I'm not wrong.

  • Let's make a personal campaign to get the site MAHJONGTIME the net, as I and many others have suffered some kind of theft or deception by them. There are some fake players (EASTWIN, MISSLOVELY, BLOEG, PLATINUMDRAGON, SUPERMAHJONG, ect ....) they place or to steal other players in good faith. What bothers me are not thieves and tyrants, what bothers me is the silence of the innocent.

  • On 06.09.2010 put $ 50 in my account MAHJONGTIME, on 08/09/2010 traveled and spent 20 days without playing, when he was on 28/09/2010 joined the site to play and to my surprise not had no money in my account, I contacted support and they were to give back, but today on 19/10/2010 received no reply, tinhya heard from others that this site was used to steal their customers, start to believe that this MAHJONGTIME is administered by a gang of thieves.

  • There are two players who are cheating on MAHJONGTIME (EASTWIN MISSLOVELY), administration of MAHJONGTIME blocked me because I do not want to denounce those crooks. I can prove that you can cheat MAHJONGTIME. What MAHJONGTIME trying to hide?

  • These guys are causal players. tips:

    - dont line up your tile, it reveals your position and possible cards.

    - throw the dragons early if your mind is made up on doing pure hand

    - STFU and just play

  • I won $70 yesterday at MJ. =P

  • does anyone happen to know a good mahjong video game or online comunity? (the only games I can find are Mahjong Solitair)

  • viwawa?

  • thanks :D

do you mabye know one with Riichi rules or Chinesse official?

  • sorry nope =/

  • @WhiteDragonTile look up Tenhou, Ron2 and Mahjong Time. Ron2 is most popular, but you have to pay for it, Tenhou is free, Mahjong Time is the only one in English. Ron2 and Tenhou use Japanese rules, Mahjong time has lots of rules (korean, chinese, american, japanese, etc)

  • viwawa.

  • there is a mah jong competition held in manchester on the 4th january 2010 with a prize of £30,00, join in any grosvenor casino-quick!

  • haha i well thought he was gna get a last tile win!! oh wells maybe next tym!! good hand btw :D

  • They weren't saying what they discarded! That makes the game more complex.

  • Yes he was in tenpai, he pon the east wind and then he discarded the 9, going for a single wait on the green dragon. Not sure what rules the are playing but that would probably give him points for the wind and for a Half Flush.

  • okey e benziyor bu bea :)

  • visit site addmahjong dotinfo

  • 0.0 which critical tile

he was never "tingpai" (he never had a ready hand)

unless this is a different version from what im playing.

  • He was at the end. But he was waiting for a fat choi -.- which was unlikely that late in the game when there are none in the discard. Someone might have 3 of them already concealed. Or 2 but they prob won't bail on them that late since they could just use them as eyes since none of them looked like they had amazing hands. Of course others won't toss either to feed the one that has 2.

  • looks better in anime-saki

  • fuck i wanna play now who won btw?

  • no one won. they ran out of tiles. though you're supposed to stop at 16 left to draw i believe.

  • nice tiles

  • I know how to play...I beat my whole family. Do you play a quarter or more?

  • wa those pple that tell him to do 1 colour is sot de ah the cards gonna finish liao

  • 做清一色啊

  • 向做凑一色?

  • AIYAHH!!!

  • cutest word ever.

  • Nice hand :) a good example of social Mahjong at play... players having a great time!

  • And on Tv, it's the Chinese news at 8PM ;)

  • on tvb I guess

  • Ahahha, he knew that the (in English it's called a) Green Dragon tile was the winning tile of someone else.

  • With the remaining tiles left, it's hella risky to put it down.

  • I wish I could play Mahjong, looks like a fun game

  • me too, but its very difficult i heard.

  • Mahjong Directory | Find the best place where you can play MAHJONG! website w w w. addmahjong .i n f o

  • thnx

  • Mahjong Directory | Find the best place where you can play MAHJONG!

  • These fools are weak.. Play like pussys. Throw that Fa choi early you dumbass!!!

  • Wrong, Fat choi is not at the discard pile, if he throws this late, high chance the others will mahjong

  • Wow..not bad at all.

  • Omg nice hand,

If you won with that kind of hand, you'd win lots of money :]

  • im soo addicted to this game

    was it a draw?

  • Yea it was

  • nice hand

  • cool are they playing at a club?

i want to get a set like those.

and i want a table like that! ^_^

  • they are probably playing at some gathering. lol u can get those tables at road side stalls =x lol or u can find around

  • cool

  • Does it matter where u take ur tile from? i mean from the wall, cause i just see u guys grabbing from everywhere on the wall

  • You grab your tile from the gap made when the game is first started, in a clockwise motion. If you see someone grabbing a tile from the opposite side of the gap, it means the tile he/she just got was a flower, which requires you to take a tile from the opposite side of the wall.

  • why'd you throw out the nine..

you should've thrown out the gree dragon way beofre you thrwe out the one circle, because the longer you hold onto a single dragon, the worse the outcome may be. Also, you were suppose to stop playing after 8 columns since those are dead tiles

  • first, it looks like hong kong mahjong (3 fan), which plays to the end (no tiles left). second, you wouldn't throw the green dragon because it wasn't thrown yet and most likely, someone was waiting for it. safer to throw 9 character.

  • @auman01 I never played this but I read somewhere that its a betting game . Where is the betting I don't see it ? Also if their is betting when does it happen and when do the bets pay off ?

  • @Bladerunner55217 Bets are only paid after someone wins a hand, in this case, no one won the hand, so there was no payoff. Betting in mahjong is different to betting in card games, there is no pot, but rather the payout depends on the type of hand that the person wins with. different combinations of the tiles yield different types of points, so the payout varies.

  • @kez2812 so it might be like 5 card poker where you try and go for the bigger hand for the bigger pay out. cool.

  • @kez2812 I mean video poker

  • aww I want to play mahjong :(

  • What you have in your hand is A 'chow' of won (2,3,4), a 'pung' of won (8,8,8), a 'Chow' of circles (1,2,3) a Pair of circles(5,5) and a pair of East Wind. You need to get another 5 circle or another east wind, you can only mah jongg with a pair

  • My grandpa his father "Frans Alexander Lodewijk Calbo" play also a Mahjong

talk about the good old days in Indonesia!

  • weak!!!

  • i only know how to play the japanese style, but yea, that hand isnt that great at all...now if he happens to be dealer and its east wind, different story, but if its neither, looks like its only worth 2000 points

  • oh that would had been so cool

  • i'm playing the popular "Mahjong" of Nintendo and i can't win with the hand that i have:

    *i have in my hand*

    2, 3 y 4 (characters)

    8, 8, 8 (characters)

    1, 2, 3 (dots)

    5, 5 (dots)

    East, East (winds)

    *i get from the wall*

    5 (dots)

someone knows why i can't win?, maybe some rule that i'm ignoring it?, thank you for your answers.

  • Dead Hand :-(

  • lol!
