This isn't a racist song, and he's not only talking about race, he's talking about hatred in general, "All black everything" is Lupe's way of saying we are all equal. In a human's mind we will always though believe we're above someone.

How did this turn into a Racial debate? That wasnt the purpose of the song. The purpose of the song was to think of an alternate world, where things werent as bad as they are or were. Slavery didnt exist, Racism didnt exist, Peace throughout the world, People are accepting, we're more intelligent and less ignorant. Things like that.
