Why did they custom a Kenshin sprite when Last Blade's Minataka Moriya is also a re headed iaido swordsman?

I want Shougo Amakusa to be in Mugen as well. He's the best rival against Kenshin Himura for me. Imagine, two swordsmen with godlike skills (Shougo with skills as almost as a God while Kenshin's close to a God). Their match we'll be legendary!!!Also I want the Aoshi Shinomori using the single Kodachi & Rorouni Kenshin(Battousai) to be in Mugen as well. Nice background music and any of the two of them deserve to win. The background music really complements with this stage.
