My husband was drinking a lot of that vitamin water and after a month or two he started getting sick. He stopped drinking it and got better. I can't remember what his symptoms were.

I know quite a few people who are sick, or getting sick now. Must be the change of the seasons and working hard at this time of year. I worked 11 hours at the office today. :( At least my boss gave me a couple bottles of wine as a thank you for staying until 8:30pm.

So many people I know are sick....including my husband ! Stay away from Tom, I would hate to get sick before a big race. I always take extra Zinc supplements when I feel a cold coming on, it seems to work. Drink lots of fluids and feel better soon
