are they training for wrestling or mma? this reminds me a lot of the workouts we do at high school. inclooding the part where we work out with sweats and sweatshirts
@dankill16 They're training for mma but a lot of the workouts are similar because mma involves a lot of grappling. That and the fact that these guys were wrestlers too.
