I read somewhere that the original PS Development Kit (DK) can avoid the evil sync problem (deph to RGB) that you have using the MS Kinect. Is that right? If so, I would like to know what the original DK costs and where to purchase it! Thanks!
Interesting paradigm, but I feel the gestures should be more natural and..."loose" if you will. So far all I've seen are exacting motions to move a cursor that's too fast. Slow it down, give it some inertia, and let people move their arms more than a few millimetres.

i just wanna say that's a great idea having visual feedback on where the sensor thinks your hand is, like how you operate the menu in this vid.
