I defintely don't think harrison barnes is the best to come out of Iowa! When you have guys like Lafrentz, Hinrich, Hoilberg, and even Nick Collison! As far as what they did in high school and what they mean to there former high schools! And the fact they played in the Nba! Harrison would proably come 4th or 5th on my list! Who knows..he may be a better Nba player than those guys, and or maybe he doesn't mature as a player and doesn't make it to the NBA!

Barnes is Duke bound for sure. He said academics determines where he will attend college and as we know Duke has amazing academics. Barnes will help make Duke the old Duke they once were also with Duke probably getting either Brandon Knight or Kyrie Irving along with Joshua Hairston, Tyler Thornton, and Andre Dawkins depending on if he goes to Duke early. Also Duke also has a great shot at Roscoe Smith

No doubt this kid is sick. I've seen him play live a number of times. His only real problem is that he can disappear sometimes because he's a truly unselfish player. I watched him in that state final, and me and my friends were counting his dunks. I think he had maybe six dunks. The most impressive one was when he got a rebound about five feet from the hoop, took one power bounce and just leaped straight up and down vertical and one-handed dunked on everyone in the lane. Unreal.

It's not like he missed a lot of shots though, he really didn't take a lot, and he didn't have to because he was on a very well balanced team. It's obvious that Harrison Barnes didn't single handedly win them every game or beat Linn-Mar for that matter, but he didn't need to. And he is not only nasty (he's only a senior this year) -- but in the crowd at many of his games were Coach K, Self, Roy Williams, Lickliter and Greg McDermott (who's kid plays on the team with Harrison). Why do you just limit the quality players to 2 othes besdies Barnes. The juniors on this years team have been playing together for a helluva long time. And as freshmen they went undefeated and as Sophomores took only one loss. Both these accompolishments were done without Harrison.
