Jon Pall helped bridge the age gap between my grandfather and I Jon was magic and always gave us plenty to talk about from jon's traditional beliefs to our own. I greatly respect Jon for unknowingly bringing my grandfather and I closer together and also giving me more pride, knowledge, and love from where I came from. Love Peace and Happiness to jon and his freinds family admires and future admires.

It is possible to be extremely strong and powerful without steroids. All you need is LOTS of food,A LOT OF REST(9hrs or more) and last but not least W-O-R-K-out. dont be lazy and say that all strongmen take steroids just because you are not up there yourself.

To compete at ANY level in strongman you need steroids, lots of them. Jon Pall died aged 32. Jesse Marunde has died aged 28. Both massive heart attacks. Many other strongman competitors have died over the years. Does not set a good example.

Where I grew up we valued open-mindedness, intelligence, and engaging our minds before we ran off at the mouth. I'm guessing you grew up elsewhere.
