I was in 7th or 8th grade playing ball in junior high back in 76"-77" when Dr. J finally came into the NBA and everyone got a chance to see him. Believe me as great as these highlights are, these don't compare to the stuff I remember him doing. He revolutionized the game in so many ways.

i never believed the hype with this guy. i was wondering if anyone agreed with me and believed that this guy was never that good. i love him as a person because he is a good dudebut not that great of a player.
@MrRealtalk19 Hell fuck no nobody believes you unless their a fucking idiot! Dr.J REVOLUTIONIZED the game of basketball and you say he was not that great of a player? There would be no Michael Jordan, Kobe, Lebron, Vince Carter, etc..if it weren't from him. Aw man you don't realize how dumb you sound! SMH@ you!
Doc was so gracious, smooth and classy with his overall approach to the game....... He added schoolground finese and great leaping ablilty and took the NBA to new levels that the game had never seen until he come through... Mike was the greatest but if you ask Mike where he got his learning tool and his overall style and approach to the game.. He would say DOC all day LONG
Doctor J revolutionized the game of basketball! Back in the NBA, NOBODY did the things that he did! And those weren't even his best years! Unfortunately, many of his incredible highlights during his prime ABA career were never recorded!
thanks for the "housecall"
