Actually, gotta tell you something... It's not fake when the guys bleed. It's real blood. See, the wrestlers (or sometimes the referee will keep them in his pocket) will hide mini razor blades in their wrist and hand tape, then when they're down or somehow off camera, they'll just take a small slice across their forehead. You get a lot of blood that way and minimal pain because of the number of blood vessels on your forehead.

I've never seen blood packets used, based on the fact that they'd be too difficult to hide. I've watched wrestling for almost 20 years and I've been involved in the wrestling business on and off from 2007 to present. I've never seen or witnessed the use of blood packets. Nowadays, the only way Vince lets the guys bleed is if they're busted open hardway. Vince is very strict on blading at this point as he was during the steroid trial.
