Well young lady...this is going straight into my favorites. Makes me wanna put my Mary Win CD in the CD player and take a drive in the country with the windows down and the air conditioner on. You ever do that? I just drive until I find that one special tree that looks like it could use a friend. What is the oldest unreleased song you have in your oak barrel? Re-writing/expressing older works gives greater perspective and can take on a whole new life. The song sounded like 2 people finding love or friendship and comfort together as sad things/events happen around them. Hopeful out looks on new beginnings.

Sweet little lullaby! I do miss some more chorus contrast. It's a little tad monotone. This might just be because I've been spoiled by the last 3-4 songs, where you really hit the nail on the head with rationed "note climbs", that gives an awe-inspiring melodic structure. (taste) This however, has more of a jazz lullaby vibe to it, and in that "genre" it really is good stuff. Some places, you hold the vocal note, like at: 2:15, the unique yet classical jazz characteristics shines thru. Relaxing!
