I think you misjudged the AUG. It holds more ammo, so you probably won't run out. And I've found the AUG to be very effective at long range if you fire in bursts (especially with a silencer because it reduces kick). In fact, AUG stands for "Australian Utility Gun", the name implies it's good for everything (which it is).

I have to disagree with you with the 3 round burst weapons. The scopes for the G11 suck. The hit detection for both of the scopes os awful. I like both the G11 and M16 and I believe they are equally great because their pros balance out their cons. Your right with the high power, low rate of fire guns. They are all goos, just choose the one that is best for you.

I'd say the AUG is the better choice due to the fact that the lateral recoil is balanced meaning that there's a chance that the recoil from the next shot will compensate for the recoil from the previous shot. It's probably easier to adjust for the recoil on the famas on consoles due to the fact that you could just slightly lean the stick to the left when you spray (and there's always auto-aim).

m14 is a way better gun than fn-fal because it goes high up but u have to realize that it does not take that many bullets to kill a person like you said it takes only 2 bulletes and u have already killed them so m14 is better

You didn't explain why the FAMAS beats the AUG.

The FAMAS and AUG are definitely the best assault rifles for regular. They are actually quite easy to use at long range with practice and smoke the other ARs at medium and close range.

Other than the above I was quite impressed with this video.

I agree with u saying that the commando is the better weapon (stripped down) but attachments MAKE the weapon, I use the Aug with the reflex sight and double mags which has yet to fail me.

the famas and aug kill in 3-4 bullets,,,,,,the commando,ak, and galil kill in 3-4 bullets. Why are you saying the famas and aug are weaker when they kill in the same amount of bullets :/

You're right, they all kill in the same amount of bullets, when I called it a low-power gun, I'm speaking statistically. Also, often times when playing online, enemies are already weakened. Let's say the guy only has 80 damage left, the AK47 will kill in 2 bullets, the AUG in 3

Plus, the higher the fire-rate, the more difficult it is to control the recoil. Even though the Famas and Galil have the same recoil, the Galil is the better long distance gun

The recoil for the Famas is better suited for close range, which is what the AUG and Famas should be used for.

But really, they are so similar, it's hard to pick the best one of the two.... I've had a lot of success with both lately.

Basically, I feel that the AUG is better at long range, and the Famas is better at close range... I also believe that the AUG and Famas get beat at long range by the Galil, AK47, and Commando...

So, the best way to use the AUG and FAMAS are at mid-to close range, meaning that you want the better close range gun out of the two.

I believe that is the Famas, but you can have success either way.

It all depends on what recoil you like better... I like the straight up recoil better then the kick up to the left...

You can do great with all the assault rifles though, they are the best guns by far in this game. The only Assault rifle that I think is completely worthless is the Enfield.

I will compare hip-fire in the SMG video. This one was long because of all the different guns in the Assault rifle class. Plus, it's not really the best idea to hip-fire with Assault rifles. Hip-fire accuracy is MUCH better with SMGs and Shotguns. Aiming down the sights is recommended with Assualt rifles.
