sometimes your decorations on the melody are a litle bit to much, its nice that you didn't go to far from the original piece but imo you should have done more with the harmony and the style of the piece, becaus you didn't change much to the original for the rest, very nice work, keep it up ^^
What fingering do you use for that first run before you start the tune ? The Bb arpeggio.
