He's not being a douche at all. Its common professional practise to have all phones turned off on set. I'm sorry if i'm missing something, but Zach didn't owe these guys anything and if they are appearing to be incompetent then he has every right to be annoyed.
Just wanted to say hes not a douche in real life. Think of it like a cell phone going off at the movies or a play. When you are in that setting rule one is to turn off the phones and quiet on the set. He was really cool about it. (not my phone, a third parties). If you see how well he handles the awkwardness of me putting the mic on him, that alone testifies for his patients and non-douche-ness.
