These planes doesn't have the robust construction that the twin towers who actually were build to withstand a possible terror attack. The impact from the airplane only peels of the surface of the building and leaves the solid structure intact. Like the post after you can clearly see that the fire is oxygen starved and it is impossible to creat destruction.

Read your first comment, it mentions "Heat Treated" steel, if you know anything about tempered steel, you will know that HEAT will destroy it's temper. it's not the heat that strengthens it, it's the rapid cooling or slow cooling. depending on what characteristic you are going for. The simple heating of any tempered steel will destroy the temper. In this case thats all that was needed was loss of temper.
