i actually prefer this version of the song. Its not as refined or watever... I dunno i think the chorus has more character, and the pace is more chilled
where did ya get that cicatriz version from, im guessing its a demo? it sounded wikid..... remember if ya fry a potato for too long, it gets burnt.. same goes for ya brain...
i got it from frostwire, never heard another version of it, it's freaking awesome though i agree. and yes, my brain is not burnt, although i do like to cook it thoroughly :D
it's from the very very first recording session they had, with blake fleming on drums, it was even before they found jon theodore. Back in the day, before deloused came out, if you liked this band, this version (which internet idiots mislabeled "eat the sun" for lack of an offical name) of this song, maybe one or two more similar quality short songs from the same session, and tremulant was all you had..
