I would also put more research in to this cause to find the best ways to rehabilitate people who would otherwise be a danger to society. As for now however, i really don't have the answers to that type of question.

@sapphire60s He was granted clemency due to insufficient evidence and instead sentenced to life in parole. The reason death row inmates are kept incarcerated for years is because many cases get overturned due to new evidence proving the inmate is innocent. I agree, unless proven beyond a reasonable doubt why kill a potentially innocent person, even if there's just a 1% chance he's innocent. You seem pretty adamant executions, seek help.
